I never knew so many people would be concerned about me not being able to sleep with Elvis. Sorry I forgot to tell you that he and the rest of our luggage made it just before bedtime on Saturday evening. We're good and have all that we need...
Except readers. Our enemy has really been at work trying to discourage our PP mission teams this summer. For our team, it was participation, details, and finances. We knew that our timing was going to be a bit of a challenge because of the end of school here and exams. What we didn't know was how much this timing would affect our work. We have spent the last 2 days hanging around different high schools, cafe's, and shopping centers visiting with English-speaking young people and handing out fliers about our work. We are also looking at other ways to bless the church and/or neighborhood here. While scouring the area for readers, we have gotten to see a large part of this city and we love it! My next blog will be showing you Zagreb.
We are back at the hostel for the moment. Erin just took the teens to the market to find something for dinner and are going to cook. The hostel has a small kitchen available to residents so we will cook our first meal here. We have been enjoying local restaurants up till now and love the food here. Ever tried Gnocchi? Yum!
We had a mean game of Spoons with some girls from the youth group last night and laughed till we were sick. Tonight, we might try to include some of the young people staying here at the hostel. There are people here from all over the world. We are sure they are in our path for a reason!

You never know what seeds you're planting! Whether it be formal studies or the teens you are interacting with. Keep on marching!
